1. Working Principle

Fabric pleating machine works by 3 kinds of knives. Knives moves by machine direction and transverse direction to produce more than 30 kinds of pleat pattern by changing blade and size.

3 Knives are straight knife, wavy knife and shape like bamboo leaf. When different knife works, user must choose according gear. With special skill, we are able to make bamboo leaf pleat pattern with straight knife.
