Here are some precautions in the operation of the chicken feed pellet machine

● Lubricate the transmission part of the feed pellet machine regularly, lubricate the roller bearing every 2 hours, and lubricate the front bearing of the main shaft every 4 hours to ensure the flexible rotation of the transmission part of the pellet machine and reduce the work load.

● Regularly replace the lubricating oil in the gear box of the feed pellet machine. The oil needs to be replaced once after half a month of operation of the new machine. After that, it must be replaced every 1,000 hours of continuous operation, which can extend the service life of the gear.

● Once a week, you must carefully check whether the connecting parts of each part are loose, whether the travel safety switch is reliable, and clean the feed auger and conditioner to avoid mechanical failure.

● Check the wear of the transmission key and the pressure mold lining and the hoop every half month. If the wear is found, replace it in time to avoid the shaking of the ring mold and affect the output.

● Use high-quality ring molds and pressure rollers. Eliminate the use of inferior ring dies with out-of-r rougound andh inner holes, and select the compression ratio of the ring dies according to different formulas to ensure smooth output of the ring dies, avoid increasing power consumption and reducing productivity.

● Adjust the gap between ring die and pressure roller every shift. If the feed pellet machine is blocked, the pressure roller must be loosened, the inner wall of the ring die must be removed and the die roller gap must be re-adjusted. It must not be forced to start to avoid damage to the transmission part and bearing gear due to severe vibration.

● Put an end to overload production. During the production process, the working capacity of the feed pellet machine itself should not be exceeded, otherwise motor damage and accelerated wear of components will occur, which will shorten the service life of the feed pellet machine.

● The raw materials must be cleaned of iron and impurities, and the iron removal device should be cleaned every shift to prevent foreign matter from entering the ring mold work chamber, causing vibration of the fuselage and cracking of the ring mold.

Correct operation and paying attention to the maintenance of the feed pellet machine are the key to prolonging the working life. This requires strengthening the management of the equipment at ordinary times, and the benefit of the enterprise will increase significantly.

Prevention of undesirable phenomena when running feed pellet machine

★ The particles have axial cracks or radial cracks, and the powdering rate is high, and the output is low. The reason for this phenomenon is that the tempering temperature cannot be reached, and the maturation of the material is poor. The tempering temperature should be increased. Increase the amount of steam during tempering; it is also possible that the position of the cutter is far away and blunt, so that the particles are short or torn instead of being cut;

★ The surface of the feed pellet is not very smooth, and the powdering rate is high. It may be that the compression of the ring die is relatively small, and the compression hole should be enlarged.

★ The surface of the particles is smooth, but the hardness is too high, which may be due to the larger compression of the ring die, and the compression ratio of the ring die should be reduced;

★ When the water content of the particles is high, the production output is low, and the phenomenon of machine blockage often occurs. It may be that the pressure reducing valve cannot achieve the pressure reduction effect or the trap can not play the drainage effect. The pressure reducing valve should be adjusted to make it enter the conditioner. The steam pressure is 0.1-0.4MPa, and the trap can play a role of drainage.The tempering temperature can also be increased accordingly, because the increase in temperature is beneficial to the increase of the maturity of the material. Generally, the moisture content of the material increases by about 1% for every 11°C increase in temperature;

★ The length of the granular material is different, the distance of the cutter should be adjusted or the position of the deflection and scraping of the split material should be adjusted;

★ The tension of the belts of the two motors should be adjusted to the position where the current deviation of the two motors is large to make the tension as consistent as possible.
